Samantha M. Allen is a Hingham based attorney, focusing on the representation of both residential and commercial Landlords and Tenants. Although, Samantha’s focus is primarily on Landlord-Tenant law, she also handles Property Disputes and 93A claims.
Samantha applies her experiences, education and discipline to provide each client with exceptional legal representation. Samantha utilizes creative, out of the box legal strategies, focusing on the overall case to develop the best approach for each individual client.
Prior to attending law school, Samantha had a growing passion for the law at a very young age. She started her legal career interning at the Wareham District Court House during her high school years, from there she spent time working for a variety of law firms, and legal services throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and the Greater Boston area.
While attending law school, Samantha was the Vice President of the Women’s Law Society, a member of the International Law Society and a Phi Alpha Delta Member. Prior to her position at Argos Legal Group, Samantha was a former intern for Massachusetts State Representative Jeffrey Perry. In addition, Samantha clerked for a well-respected firm in the Boston area overseeing interns while assisting Attorney’s with Landlord-Tenant Law, Real Estate Transactions, a variety of 93A claims and property disputes.
