Nicole Anzuoni is a Boston-based attorney who specializes in intellectual property, namely copyright, trademark, trade secrets, and entertainment law. She has significant experience in filing copyright registrations and trademark applications, conducting trademark clearance searches, providing guidance on the viability of trademark registrations, responding to USPTO office actions, investigating trademark and copyright infringement matters, preparing cease and desist letters, and drafting and negotiating contracts.
Ms. Anzuoni works at an international publishing house in Boston where she provides operational direction and oversight of all intellectual property rights and permissions related-activities while handling all stages of contract negotiations and execution.
While attending law school, Ms. Anzuoni was a staff member of the Journal of Health and Bio Medical Law and competed in the Intellectual Property Law Meet in New York City and various other moot court and mock trial competitions. In her first year, Ms. Anzuoni interned at the Centre for Disability Law and Policy in Galway, Ireland. In the following year, Ms. Anzuoni served as a research assistant for Judge Borenstein and Michael Rustad. In her third year, Ms. Anzuoni was selected to work as a Rule 3:03 student attorney at the law school’s nationally-ranked Intellectual & Entrepreneurship Clinic, where she represented individuals and emerging businesses owners on various intellectual property matters, brand management, business strategy, and assisted these companies with incorporation.
