Katherine F. Hains
Katherine F. Hains is a Boston based attorney who concentrates her practice on plaintiff’s side litigation matters, primarily personal injury. Ms. Hains represents individuals throughout the insurance claims process, from the initial claim until resolution or litigation. Ms. Hains has appeared before judges in both district and superior courts throughout the Commonwealth.
Ms. Hains works in downtown Boston at a well-respected firm specializing in plaintiff’s personal injury and professional licensure cases. Prior to her position at Argos Legal Group, Ms. Hains worked as a law clerk at a distinguished law firm specializing in insurance defense and employment law.
While attending law school, Ms. Hains was the Vice President of the Suffolk Law Ski Club and an active member in the Suffolk Law Veterans Association. In her third year, Ms. Hains was chosen to be a Rule 3:03 student attorney in the law school’s nationally ranked clinical programs. Ms. Hains was a member of the Suffolk Defenders clinic where she provided representation for indigent clients facing criminal charges within Suffolk County.
